Hello readers! We hope you just enjoyed the RENT preview with our very own EIC Graysen playing Mimi!! Spring sports are now in full swing, select Model UN delegates are taking on Rome, and Spanish exchange students are among us! Working on the Weekly is (in our humble opinions) one of the most rewarding Parker experiences. But not always in the ways you’d expect. While, yes, we have gained so much writing, editing, and Adobe InDesign experience, one of the best things about editing The Weekly is the constant reminder of the exciting things happening in our school community. If you ever feel consumed by the academic aspect of your Parker experience, we encourage you to look through past Weekly issues or at our website. The Weekly is an amazing amalgamation of student life that is a testament to the fact that as students, we do so much more than just attending classes. We’re classmates, actors, athletes, delegates, welcoming hosts, and more – often many of those roles at the same time. Getting to tell these stories is something we’re super grateful for.
