Best Places to Cry at Parker
We’ve all been there
Editor’s Note: The piece below was published in The Weekly’s 2019 “Joke Issue.” All content, quotations, and other features are entirely fictitious.
“A fool learns from the mistakes he makes, but a wise man learns from the mistakes others make.”
Our Top Ten:
- First floor bathroom tucked in between the science and math wings
- Pub office (but you have to be editor or friends with a coveted editor #flex)
- Locker area (only if no one else is there and you brought a friend (if you have none at the moment then talking to your mom on the phone is okay))
- Library study rooms
- The lobby
- One third floor hallway lap, HOWEVER this implies that you have someone to walk with and sometimes you’re crying because of the lack of someone to walk with
- Your advisor (for us it is Ms. Lesinski and we’d definitely recommend her)
- The end of the fourth floor hallway near the art classrooms
- The chairs outside the library
- Walking down Clark to Starbucks
